A transport committee (TC) in an educational institution is responsible for organizing and managing transportation services for students, faculty, and staff. This includes arranging routes, maintaining vehicles, and ensuring the discipline, safety and comfort of riders. The committee also handles trips, field visits, and other special transport needs.
